What are some make up tips for hooded eyes?
I am 18 years old and have hooded eyes. My eyes are brown and I have fair skin. I don’t wear foundation, just concealer. I usually wear black eyeliner and black mascara and am hoping to change to something more natural/softer looking. I was just wondering if anyone has any tips for me or suggestions of what products to use, or tips on the application of eyeliner or eyeshadow to make my eyes look better. Thank you!
